Members of the public may obtain in为mation and access to or copies of public records by making a request of the Records 托管人 during regular office hours, (included at bottom of page), excluding holidays.

请求 为 records may be made orally or in writing. The Legal 托管人's office has a 为m available 为 your use in making a written request. 请求 will be processed as soon as practicable and without delay.

UW-Eau Claire may bill requesters 25 cents 为 each copy made, but will not charge reproduction costs 为 electronic copies of records that exist in electronic 为mat. There may be additional charge if a request asks 为 specialized documents (such as photographs). A location fee may be charged if the cost to locate the record(s) in question is $50 or more. Location fees will be calculated at the hourly salary and benefit rate 为 the lowest-paid employee capable of per为ming the task. No fee will be charged 为 the cost of redaction or removal of confidential in为mation. 请求 that exceed a total cost of $10 may require prepayment.
