Throughout your time as a Blugold you will have access to countless resources to ensure your academic success at UW-欧克莱尔. Our 建议, Retention and Career Center (ARCC) is one of those resources. 

Academic advisors help you select your major, create your graduation plan, and explore careers. You’ll be assigned an academic advisor based on your major.

Career counselors assist with understanding the relationship between your educational choices and career fields and help you with resumes/cover letters, interview skills, professional profiles, and internship/job searches.

How do we help? We: 

• answer questions
• give referrals
• offer connections
• provide support
• advise, troubleshoot and consult

How do we empower students? We:

• teach you to find answers
• advise but don't make decisions
• encourage networking
• expect preparedness of you
